Body Solutions golf fitness and strength training evaluates your physical limitations in your golf swing and works to improve those limitations in order to produce the most consistent and powerful swing for you.  

Each session will include golf specific exercises individualized to each client based on their swing analysis and TPI physical evaluation.  These exercises will be progressed over sessions and learn how to use newly gained flexibility and strength to swing with more efficiency, consistency, and power.  

Austin Smithers, PT, is a level 2 TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified Medical and Fitness professional who uses his experience in physical therapy and his golf career to help players achieve their most powerful pain free swing.
